'Les Roseaux' Price List 2011
The 2011 prices below are for the HOUSE per week (*Electricity not included low and mid seasons). Lettings commence Saturdays on the date given.
Low Season
1 January - 19 March, 29 October - 17 December * £ 650
Mid Season
26 March - 7 May, 24 September - 22 October £ 950
Christmas and New Year
24 & 31 December* £1,200
(will carry minimum £500 deposit per week)
High Season
14 May - 25 June, 3 - 17 September £1,500
Peak Season
2 July – 27 August £1,950
Minimum 2 week lets during peak season. Short lets or lets beginning other than a Saturday may be possible in low and mid seasons on a pro rata basis.
N.B. Our minimum deposit of £250 will hopefully cover the cost of breakages, losses and cost of telephone calls. Any difference will be refunded (or billed!) ** ALSO we have a fax/ answer-phone available on request only. Please ask for details.
* The electricity meter will be read on arrival and departure and the cost deducted from the deposit. Please bear in mind that electricity can be expensive between 1 November - 31 March but we shall explain more fully, on application for rental between those dates, on how to keep the costs down.
** France Telecom produce itemised bi-monthly bills. Upon receipt of the bill pertaining to your stay we shall refund any monies outstanding, together with a photocopy of the relevant bill(s). If you stay bridges a billing period there might be an unavoidable delay in so doing.
