Our comfortably furnished and well equipped 5 bedroom home near Beaune is waiting to welcome you and is perfectly suited for either one family, a group of friends,two families any of which may have elderly, infirm or disabled members.
The 5 bedroom farmhouse comprises:
Ground floor: Kitchen including crockery, cutlery, glass etc sufficient for a full house, microwave and dishwasher, door to courtyard
Breakfast room, with table and seating for 6, door to courtyard
“Grande Salle” with working large open fireplace, 2 comfortable sofas and several occasional chairs, extensive “Burgundy” library, CD/radio/cassette player, colour t.v., DVD player, video cassette player (taking UK tapes), satellite with English channels, telephone (with fax/answerphone if needed). dining table seating 14. There are 3 further "libraries" - holiday reading, cookery and (in the quadruple bedroom) children's books. French windows to terrace and garden, door to courtyard, door to small hallway with doors to:
Double bedroom with double bed (4’6”) (a turning bar to assist the elderly/disabled can be provided)
Bathroom with full bath, shower cabinet (with integral seat and handrails) and basin. Washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board and iron

The house would therefore comfortably sleep 11. There are “4-season” duvets, underblankets and pillows. Linen is NOT included but can be hired - see booking form. Each fully furnished bedroom has an electric fan and reading lights by the beds.
Outside
The house is set in over an acre of grounds with shrubs, mature trees and various fruit trees and is not overlooked. At the back of the house is a large west facing courtyard garden. There is ample garden furniture including a table (with parasol) seating 12 on the terrace, barbecue and several sun loungers. There is a ramp from the parking area down to the terrace making life easier for buggies/suitcases/wheelchairs.
Games Room The basic enclosed barn is equipped with table tennis, table football and dartboard with French windows into a secluded walled courtyard.
Swimming Pool The fenced heated swimming pool is in front of the house, facing due south, and is 10m x 5m and has steps (not a ladder) with handrails into the shallow end. The deep end, with a ladder, is approximately 2m deep and the pool has a sunbathing terrace surrounding it. There are trees near the pool providing shade, if need be. The pool is normally open between mid-May and mid-September, but for a small extra charge may be opened outside that period.
